Convocation

After four years of studies, exams, projects, with hard works, sleepless nights, tears, sweats, and bloods (no blood at all, dont worry, haha). Finally, i had graduated!! Our convocation was held in Nikko Hotel on 8/12/07.

Marathon

I woke up in the middle of night and sensed that someone was staring at me. Immediately, i turned my head to the back, i saw nothing. "Hey! I know it is ghost festival now but you are a christian, girl, just pray to God and God will take care of you." I thought but still shivering in fear. Clocked pointing at 4am in the morning. Oh God...i have another two hours to sleep before i go for "Bukit Gasing Green Challenge 2007", a marathon held to protect Gasing forest from development. I took part in 6.5km marathon.


I woke up on time, thinking that i would have thrown up and polluted the forest during marathon because i didnt have enough sleep. This was the first time i took part in such energetic activity. I was excited, at the same time, i did hope that i could win this race. The race started, i ran slowly at the begining, afraid that i would faint in the middle of the race. Unfortunately, without any people leading, and i blindly followed the girl in front, WE RAN INTO WRONG DIRECTION!!


Oh God...i gasped heavily and turned back to the right direction, half of my energy had gone. NO HOPE now, i just hoped that i could finish the race without fainting and vomitting. I walked through steep forest, streams, and high hill, i was really exhausted, but i didn't give up. I could feel fresh air, i could see nice view, I could hear birds beeping, monkeys swinging from one trees to another, sweats dripping non stop, gasping and breathing for more air but still, I DIDN'T GIVE UP. I like this forest (Taman Pendidikan Bukit Gasing), this is my honour to protect this forest and finish this race.


I WILL FINISH THE RACE!!


And i finished, almost fainted and almost vomitted, but not yet, fortunately, haha... =D
And for those who finished the whole race would get a medal. I have one too. =) YEAH!!
